Valentines Day

So this New Years I spent in New York with my best friend Katrina Barnard! We always have the best times together and I am going to miss her like crazy when she goes off to live in Spain for a year!! :( But anyway we had lots of fun! We went to a wedding reception for our friend Quincie's sister and then that night we went to a New years eve party. Katrinas mom hosts a party every New Years and I mean its not the ideal place a couple of 17 year old girls want to spend our New Years but it was still fun. Full of ABBA and Grease Karaoke hhaha quite interesting. Also I met Katrina boyfriend Aaron for the first time, needless to say - I approve! haha That pretty much sums up my new years this year!

Not So White Christmas

So I am trying to catch up on everything here! So this Christmas was a pretty mellow one but by far my favorite Christmas I have ever had even though there was no snow! Christmas Eve we spent with our good family friend Christine, her son Colin, Christine mom Linda and her boyfriend Greg and Christines fiance. We spend Christmas eve with them ever year and I love it! We always have a good time and then we exchange presents that we got for each other.
Christmas day was the best! All of us opened out presents (my present was going to Utah so I only got a few things from my siblings. A mug, shirt stuff like that which is fine!) We had so many laughs and everything was just really fun I loved it!
Then for dinner that night our friends from Massachusetts the Atkins and also the missionaries from church came over and that was also super fun!!! I Don't really have an pictures at the moment but once I find some I will post them!

"The Rain in Spain Stays Mainly on the Plane"

That is right! I took a three week trip to Spain with my mom this November it was great! Sadly I still cannot speak any Spanish but the longer I was there the easier it was to understand! The food was so good seriously I wish I could bring it home with me absolutely delicious food!! And we went to Italica which are ancient ruins and also downtown Seville was really cool! Oh and we went to El Prado Museum which was awesome seeing Picasos paintings!! Here are some pictures from the trip!!
